My story
For thirteen years, I thrived in sales, but I quickly learned that being a saleswoman, didn’t mean I effortlessly stood up for my own interests.
In fact, I took on so much responsibility at home—managing the kids and household—that for a long time, I handled most of it by myself.
But then I realized something important: by playing small, I wasn’t serving myself, my team, my employer, or the world.
And when I show my daughter and son that their mom confidently claims her space, I’m leaving them with a powerful message—that this is exactly how it should be.
I studied Industrial Engineering and Management and, in 2018, I made the bold decision to leave my well-paid position as a sales and marketing manager. Why? Because I want to look back on a life that made a real difference.
I am an energetic and passionate woman on a mission: to create a more equal world for women!

My biggest challenge was that in various roles across different companies, I kept running into the same problem: the work drained more energy than it gave me. I often found myself surrounded by 'loudmouths' who managed to cash in on their mediocre work. It frustrated me endlessly.
